Gear hobbing – Gear shaping

We have modern quality machines for finishing gears with both internal and external toothing or as preliminary work prior to gear grinding. With these we can also perform modifications such as crowning and end relieving.

External toothing by hobbing:
Diameter max. Ø1100, max. module 22

In- or external toothing by shaping:
Diameter max. Ø550. Max. module 12

Internal helical teeth with up to 45 degree helix angle.
